Connector vs. Claude Code Plugin
The Claude connector and Claude Code plugin work together, but they are different:- Claude connector: Connects Claude to Mallary’s live MCP tools. It works in Claude web, Desktop, mobile, Cowork, and Claude Code.
- Claude Code plugin: Adds Mallary workflow instructions and the Mallary MCP connection to Claude Code. Its current review build uses a Mallary API key.
https://mallary.ai/mcp, Claude uses one tool set, but keeping one connection enabled makes setup easier to understand.
Safe Actions
The connector reads the current state first. Before Claude publishes, replies, deletes, disconnects an account, changes settings, or manages a webhook, review the exact action and approve it only when every detail is correct.Media in Version 1
Version 1 supports media already hosted athttps://files.mallary.ai.
Creating an upload URL does not upload a local file. Upload local media through Mallary or the Mallary CLI first, then use the Mallary media URL.
